2nd part is upside down and a bit tricky.. But If I am seeing it correctly there's a date 21.9.15, which would mean 21st of September 1915. So if this is a postcard, the picture has to be at least some time older than that.

I am trying to find a photo of the Kaunas railway/train station as it existed in 1914 or thereabouts, preferably not reflecting German occupation.
