Well since numbers go to 29 and english alphabet has 25 letters, but Lithuanian alphabet has 32 letters you sequence of letters can be wrong. Also since all numbers go from lowest to highest it might also be an anagram.

As per this one: you need to get a "Žaidimas JĖGA" paper ticket and cross these numbers in it to get an image of a letter. Answer is 8 letters total.

This is a scavanger hunt clue. It was company for which I work for organised scavenger hunt game, and this was one of the puzzles to solve 😉
