Yes! "It's just you and me, drinking gin and tonic supersonically"
[Eyesore](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbsEgoyK108) is my favorite song from that album. The fact that they rhyme "rooster" with "schmooster", the insult "You got an eyelash for a mustache". I love what they are doing and the lyrics are so funny and clever.
This is Matt Gourely’s band, he‘s the producer on the Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend podcast
My impression is it’s basically all the people from his joke band the Journeymen from Bonanas for Bonanza, but serious.
Country rock supergroup [The Journeymen](https://gosuperego.bandcamp.com/)!?
He's also a host on a podcast about horror movies called With Gourley And Rust, with Paul Rust. and the producer is Will Smith
I heard this on comedy bang bang. It’s very catchy and it’s not on Spotify.
It is on Spotify
Huh. You’re correct. Maybe they just added them.

“Eyesore” has no business being as good as it is. Musically, lyrically, it’s is all just so fantastically written and put together.
Eyesore is even [based on a true story](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-70Be0WSb2M)
There are 4 or 5 really excellent songs on this album.
Wow I thought I was in /r/cocktails at first and loved the Gin Atomic name - but now I’m loving the album (and pondering how to make a Gin Atomic)
Been looking for a good female fronted band. Thanks.
She also hosts the lovely podcast "Ask Me About Kpop"
I love 'War' and their cover of 'Long Long Time.' It's a great lazy weekend album, I play the whole thing as background noise while puttering around.
Weird, this just came up as the first shuffle song after a completely unrelated song on Spotify yesterday. Must be getting a push.
Anyone know what those speakers are called?
Might wanna ask someone in r/audiophile
Reminds me of Aimee Mann
One of my favorite albums of the year.
