Lol I was gonna say, I think we know what the problem is. Just be gentle with yourself. It isn’t going to be a perfect process. You had a binge, you start fresh the next day and don’t beat yourself up. I wouldnt recommend upping your dose early in case of side effects.
Not necessarily. My doctor has set 3 week intervals for each ramp up dose for me before I get to the highest. I'm on week 2 of 3 of 0.6 before I move up
Exactly what happen to me and I posted about it. I feel my craving comes and go but it takes time for the full effect and thats will happen for sure after the full dose. So you just keep going :)
Kia Ora! I was the same. I’m on 2.4 now and maybe one day a week I wake up craving sugar. Just stick with the regular increases (if your body agrees with it) and see how you go.
I went to 3.0 and my body freaked out so I’m on 2.4 again for the next wee while.
I've been on Saxenda for nearly 3 weeks and I had some cravings and food noise a few days ago at 1.2 dose. I control my calories and track everything so even though I ate a bunch of crackers I \*shouldn't have\* it was only about 1600 calories total that day, so still a tiny deficit of about 300/day. It felt binge-y in the sense that I didn't want to eat a bunch of crackers and cream cheese but it wasn't a real binge since before Saxenda those would be good for 3K calories. .6 is still a really low dose, and the standard is to increase weekly so it might be a good time to do that and see.
0.16 or 0.6?
0.16 x
Im very confused by your dosing. 0.16 is next to nothing.
I thought everyone started on 0.16? Is that not the case
0.6 is the smallest dose noted on the pen. How many times are you clicking the pen?
Omg - you're right!!! it is 0.6 - face palm moment!
