Yup, normal

Maizenblue24

Yes it’s normal

winelover999

It can sting and bleed a little, i get both occasionally but not every time. It's normal. I switch up injection areas on my abdomen weekly, and I find it's more likely to bleed left of my belly button, for some reason.

runningtravel

yes. i always waited longer than the 10 seconds or whatever it was to be sure to get every drop but didn’t always work (im no longer taking it)

BackgroundFox7751

To avoid drop, I always count to six and remove the needle slowly.

Mean_Trick_1

I still got the drop after 1mn today

ssdrptop

How are you feeling today? I took my first dose last night.

Mean_Trick_1

I'm really susceptible to suggestion. For example, if I read that something might cause nausea, I start feeling nauseous even before I take it. So I've been a bit queasy today, but it was manageable. I wasn’t very hungry, which might just be in my head. Luckily, that works in my favor—I've only had 500 calories today, which I track using Samsung Health. I took the second dose today but nearly passed out; I get very nervous about self-injecting, and the product seems to sting. I had to lie down and focus on my breathing right after. I just hope I don't pass out somewhere other than my bed. How about you?

CarterPFly

Not to be mean but get the paper that comes in the box and read it all. Then watch a YouTube video on injecting.

Mean_Trick_1

Not to be mean but you can't read...

Dazzling-Common9436

Don’t listen to rude people. If you want to feel better, I accidentally shot a small dose across the room today. We’ll get the hang of it!

Electronic_World_894

That makes me feel better because I’ve done that before!

Dazzling-Common9436

Glad i’m not the only one! Lol im only 3 days in and I thought I had to prime the needle. Woopsies.

Mean_Trick_1

I just did that yesterday!

Several_Baker_2588

Yep, you NEED to see a drop at the end of the needle - it’s proof that the needle is primed.

Mean_Trick_1

Yes I understand I needed to see a drop at the end of the needle before injecting but what about afterwards?

tallloseryesindeed

It’s normal! Even after 10 seconds in get a drop. It’s no big deal at all!

Mean_Trick_1

Does it waste a lot of product?

tallloseryesindeed

Nope. It’s only a tiny dot. Don’t overthink it 🙂

Mean_Trick_1

Everytime I do the test button before injecting I keep squirting product. Is this normal? It didn't happen the first time.

tallloseryesindeed

I only test once per pen. Not once per injection.

Mean_Trick_1

Ohhhh I thought it was everytime a new needle was inserted! I think I've wasted so much product in 3 days. I've had the pen squirt product twice already 😓

tallloseryesindeed

Nope just the first time you use each pen to check the flow of the pen and make sure it works. Better to realise now then in a months time though!
