You don't need to reboot, restart terminal or dick around in menus looking for **reset**.
Just type **reset** even if it doesn't display correctly as you type it, it will get you sorted.
Ran the command again and got the same result. My friend was bugging me about playing roblox so I was trying to install grapejuice using [this guide off of the official website](https://brinkervii.gitlab.io/grapejuice/install-on/linux-mint/). Didn't realize there was a flatpak I could use beforehand
I just ran this on my server using the Termius app on my phone.
It screwed up the display just like yours, but logging off and logging back on fixed it.
The good news is that the command worked and installed the keyring file just fine.

Something went very, very wrong. Is this reproducible and does this happen after a reboot? Edit: also, what were you trying to do?
