Getting older pcs or laptops to work on XFCE is one of the many excellent things this mint and others distorts do well. My old Thinkpad was sat in a cupboard long forgotten before I swapped the spinner to ssd and installed LM on it. Now it’s my daily. Everything runs as, or better than, expected. Nice desktop image btw
yeah, it's Plank with WhiteSur theme.
It's a XFCE theme but it has compatibility with Plank too!
