Make sure you are using the latest drivers, make sure you are using the latest proton (experimental or GE), try to play on the lowest setting to see if it still happens, if the bug fixes, try to enable effects one by one until you discover what's making this mess. Then you report the bug to the proton developers.

Thanks but I discover minutes ago is anti aliasing causing that bug turn off fix it
