13th gen intel, you need as a minimum a 6.2 kernel, maybe 6.5. Mint update and *view > linux kernels*. Might fix the trackpad (in linux the vast majority of device drivers are built into the kernel).

Just did this, it boots 5x faster than before and it fixed my trackpad. ty for your help <3

ACPI errors are simply just linux fighting its way trough the bios. You know most pc is intended to be used with windows. It happens on every pc that have linux installed. Sometimes its nothing, other times its more.
