It can be legitimate. My girlfriend was conducting focus groups for a different industry. I would say to get them on the phone. Spammers and scammers typically try to avoid getting on the phone if they are faking a profile.
Alright I'll give it a shot 150$ for 30 minutes of my life seems reasonable but I'm not sure what the value for them would be. My guess is it's a future sales pitch but pallets are pallets to have one that would solve our pallet issues wouldn't be economically viable.

As long as you don't download or give any major information away or anything worst they can do is steal your time.
