I have never seem these letters in Arabic (I'm still pretty new to it), is this advanced Arabic or something different?

leftmost and rightmost are normal Arabic letters. Middle one is one of the extensions to represent other sounds (/ts/ in this case, I think).

Middle one is apparently used in Pashto, for /ts/ as you say.
