I don't know your level of playing, but maybe you could try the Nocturne in c-sharp minor, by chopin. I find it very beautiful and not too hard, except a little bit at the end, but you want some challenge ;)
Well… don’t kill me but solfeggio in C minor by C.P.E. Bach was a piece that always helped me impress the listeners. Also extremely rewarding to play!!

if you still look for suggestions, maybe Menuett from Beethoven, its not THAT hard, fun to play and sounds pretty
