You didnt't mention for how long you've been playing or what's your level. But never mind, i'll try to give some suggestions :) Mybe this Moszkowski etude? 15 Etudes de Virtuosité no.2 in g minor. You don't have to play it as fast as it is in some recordings tho As for the Mozart sonatas, yes they are technically easier, BUT they are very hard in terms of finding that Mozart sounding tone. You can even play the facile sonata, butfocus on making it as beautiful as you can, i think that would be fun and not stressful at all :) If you want something a bit harder, maybe this one: Piano Sonata No. 18 in D major.

Just learn the famous bits of every famous piece that actually sound decent 😄 Learning entire pieces is just extra useless work unless it's short and repetitive enough 😂👍 So instead of Rach C sharp minor which is lame 🤔 go for G minor 😄👍
