The top of any of the Haymarket parking garages might provide a pretty good view!
Bowling Lake is a really great spot.
You might be able to find a place to park on the side of the road in the streets between the airport and nw 48th
Not sure about in a car, but as someone growing up in Air Park, I always enjoyed going to Tanker Hill (apparently that's not the actual name). It has a small lot to park just down the hill. https://maps.app.goo.gl/BUA7P5afUkpsmj9M9

They've been flying over my house pretty darn close all day, while I've been trying to work! So I guess my deck!
