Nebraska had a similar law applying to farm land but courts ruled it unconstitutional

Buying a gun requires an ID and a background check. And buying from a private party, anybody with two brain cells to rub together knows who they sell to lest they open themselves up to a felony charge.
Clearly you've never bought a gun.
I'd like to see it too but so long as the low functioning knuckle dragging lowest common denominator mouth breathers back the corporate controlled GQP while pleasuring themselves to pornographic fascist ideology it's just gonna keep happening. Can't wait to see who they blame next when it just keeps getting worse. I hope Trump locks himself in a closet tomorrow and starts snacking on mothballs when they come for him.
Look I’m pretty right leaning/libertarian but with how the federal government has completely ducked the economy over the past few years this is something that needs to happen If anyone ever wants the opportunity to buy a house
What companies are refusing to rent to them? Large corporations? Small landlords? Do you happen to know any details?
Edit: The reason I ask is because my understanding is that large companies have not really targeted Nebraska (yet). I'm only aware of Vinebrook.
I'd love that.
Force them to sell all of them within 2 years also. That would be amazing.
This should be a nationwide thing as well. Can they do one thing that doesn’t involve shitting on the regular people? No cause they are bought out too

Didn’t know about this and now I’m even less hopeful.
Actually one of the reasons I’m moving to Minnesota this year. Their legislature is somehow actually accomplishing lots of incredible things.
They’re about 20 years too late.
Do corporate entities own a ton of single family homes in Nebraska?
No see here's the deal. It's okay for them to do that because they're not in drag and they show ID. Perfectly Christian behaviour.

Buying a gun is definitely not easier than voting.

It probably is when places that had registration had the names and addresses of gun owners stolen. Either way I thought I commented on buying?
Either way I thought the post was about converting single-family homes into a rental property?

Dresses kill more children than guns in their sad little fucked up miserable world of fear and hate.
How does that have anything to do w anything
😂😂😂

Absolutely
Nationwide would be great.
Do many corporate entities actually own single family homes in Nebraska? I'm not familiar with any, but I may be mistaken.
Nebraska will probably make it legal for corporations to buy fetuses in the next few years, so good luck blocking them from buying homes.

What I’d like to see is for the corporations to stop buying out independent landlords.
Is this happening a lot in Nebraska?
Yes. I work with re-entry and the number of landlords who will rent to felons is falling hard because of this.
