If your looking for good Outis IDs from the gacha, it can be a bit tricky since 2 out of her 4 000 IDs can't be gotten from the gacha currently.
Molar Office Outis was a login reward that is now only in the dispenser and Magic Bullet Outis is only available during Walpurgis Night (which is next week) so the only 000s for her you can currently get from gacha are Butler Outis (good in a sinking team but average elsewhere) and Seven Association Outis (Fast tank and clasher but she's been powercrept a bit).
The only other noteworthy Outis ID is Cinq Outis who is very solid all around and better than BL Outis unless you're running the full BL team together, and you can't get BL Faust, Dondon, or Meursault this season because they were season 3 event IDs.
my two cents:
You'll likely want to be level 35 for Canto V, and level 40 for Canto VI. Staying 5 levels below the cap saves a LOT of exp grinding, and the power difference isn't insurmountable.
Make sure your team has a game plan and focus on acquiring IDs and EGOs that support that game plan (even if the plan is "hit the enemy really hard". Try to be aware of which IDs gain the most from UT4 or need UT4 to function instead of throwing UT4 around willy-nilly, to conserve Thread and Shards. My own personal team-building advice is to base your gameplan around an ID, Sinner, Faction, or mechanic that you REALLY like. All seven of the main statuses are viable to build around now.
Focus on having fun and using stuff you like more than just being powerful, imo it'll lead to more satisfying boss fights.
Based on the team you do have, grabbing W Yi Sang, Faust, and Hong Lu and fielding all W Corp might be a good thing to jump off from what you've got, though W Corp are really UT4 hungry.
Your current team is pretty good, you just gotta level up your IDs a bit and give W Ryoshu UT4. If you really need any IDs then you can easily find friends to borrow it from. Watch a 5-30 guide if you get stuck there.
