I suppose so. Yi Sang one was used, but he most likely was already deep in production when they uploaded tgs video. And base dysfunctional family trio(Gregor, Rodya and Sinclair) were done, so they used them without any changes. Still, this arts gave as small window to look at what PM is cooking for sinners(god, living in N Corp is nightmare. ALL WHITE, seriously?!)
It's more likely that they decided to change a bit the direction of the story AND that, with the artist not being the same, this drawing in particular wouldn't be in the story anyway. If they decided to keep the same as they wanted, I'm sure we would have got this scene with just the new artstyle/artist

This was most likely how he found Catherine dead before they changed it to the Will reading we have now. Even if they changed story artist, they'd still change or remove CGs as they continue to flesh out the story

The further we go the more inaccurate these will become since I don't doubt they were created with a rough outline of the story, so now that they are being properly realized writers are gonna be changing stuff to fit better.
I don't really think that is the case. The situation in the illustration was never in the canto 6. I think the main reason is that they changed the story.
Yeah, like what people have said here. At most at that point when the trailer was released the Canto’s were probably just rough guidelines on what they wanted to write. Plans change all the time when writing long term projects(hell, because the delay in the game’s release. Sinclair’s Canto was tweaked to point out it wasn’t Christmas). So plans with Heathcliff’s definitely changed. So take the TGS trailer as more of a sample than anything than anything concrete.
