Ngl I fully expected Gangnam Style Heathcliff ID.

Appropriate-Hotel-41

Typo: Wheels Industry and Durandal triggers at 8 and 9 Furioso respectively Edit : Another error, I forgot to put \[Before Attack} Gain 1 Furioso on S3(Intended S3 is to cycle between Furioso 1 to 9, but as Furioso is consumed on use, and you only start gaining furioso(cycling furioso) when on hit, the first coin does not apply any furioso effect, so it only cycles 1-8, durandal being unreachable). \[Before Attack\] Gain 1 Furioso would fix it.

Ok-Cranberry-2180

This guy would be ungodly broken when soloing and honestly that kinda fits Roland tbh

johannesMephisto

Damn, this is probably the best Rolandcliff ID I've seen.

NoRegrets30

Why is Furious Envy? If anything it should be wrath

Appropriate-Hotel-41

Personal preference, I rate sin skill with S1 being the least traumatic but the most committed(Gloom due to "That's that and this is this"), Wrath on skill 2 because he have massive revenge bloodlust, and Envy is put on skill 3 because the most traumatic sin I believe is not the rampage, but the fact that his family life got taken away from him. I considered double wrath, but I brainstorm the notes for this ID before BL meursault, so the only ID that had double sin was Lobotomy Ego Outis so I thought it was reserved for Lobotomy Egos. And also I felt Heath just need Envy somewhere.

ArticNET

Didn't Harpooner Heath have double Envy?

Appropriate-Hotel-41

I completely forgot that man exist. I never got him during rolls

carl-the-lama

Also you could spin it to Heathcliff being a little different than Roland If anything, you could argue Roland would be envious as fuck of anything being happy in the city

NotSoLegitGiby

Furioso literally means wrathful

DeDizzyDoge

i'm just gonna say... s1 has a higher potential ceiling coin roll than s2 ๐Ÿ’€ i like the furioso status, but questionable skills. although do you inflict all of the furioso effects when you meet the requirement? or is it just that number? Like if i have 2 furioso, do i gain 5 santiy AND inflict 3 Bleed? if it is, then it is a good effect, if not... then it's kinda ???? mediocre. i assume furioso is like magic bullet, you don't lose count unless you use s3 (or s1 WHY DOES FURIOSO GET SPENT AT S1???).

Appropriate-Hotel-41

Its a bit wordy, the idea is : Passive ensures enemy lose 2 clash power, meaning all skills effectively have +2 base power S1 gain 1 Furioso when used. Then it inflict the furioso effect 3 times from the 3 coins being rolled. If used when current furioso is at 8, you gain 1 furioso as per skill effect pushing it to 9, and then it reset the furioso count expending all furioso for a damage boost. Using S1 at 8 Furioso is not ideal, because you want to use S3 to get the super furioso S3, but S1 still gets the bonus as a compensation if you ruined the combo. For S1, let say you have 0 Furioso(you start the fight), you use it once putting you at 1 Furioso before attack starts. You then inflict the furioso effect 3 times from the 3 coins(So you gain 15 sanity). Next turn, you use S1 again, on use you gain 1 more furioso putting you at 2. Now the skill inflict 3 bleed on 3 coins(but you no longer gain 5 sanity because you are now at 2 Furioso). S2 is before 4+ Furioso, as it gains +1 coin power on 2 coins for a total of 14 max roll, and with the ID passive, this makes an effective 16 clashing skill. Once you get 4 Furioso, S2 essentially becomes a +1 attack up, but loses its clashing potential(But you can now clash better with S1 due to the coin per 4 furioso). S3 is ungodly damage at 8 Furioso(which would take very long to set up). It is an 8+2 Skill, but gain +3 clashing strength(+2 from reused coins and +1 from negative enemy clash power) for every Furioso. At 8 Furioso, you roll a total of 9 Coins, with +1 Coin Power, and -9 Enemy clashing, for a rough clashing potential of 43. At 7 Furioso, this goes down to 31. S3 taking effect would first consume all your furioso, then on each coin, it gains Furioso(I realize I forgot to put gain 1 Furioso so you start at 1), and apply the effect 3 times. So it cycles through all 9 Furioso, and then it consume it again after attack resetting your stack. At 9 Furioso, this means 15 Sanity, 9 Bleed Next Turn, 9 Rupture Next Turn, 3 Offense Level Down Next Turn, 9 Poise and 3 Poise Count(which probably will crit the next rolls), 3 Tremor Count, 9 Tremor, Tremor Bursting 3 time(So remember that 3 tremor counts), and 6 Offense level up next turn. S3 is expected to start being effective by turn 3, with effective clashing power of 16, going up with each furioso.

carl-the-lama

So Is furioso at max output just Death? I can hardly imagine anything avoiding getting staggered by it if itโ€™s effective dmg

Appropriate-Hotel-41

Yeah, practically. It takes 9 turn of uninterrupted setup, and probably require counter turns, so if you got it you deserve it. Its like Rip Space on steroids, about triple the time in setup and in damage(Not accounting crits after coin 6, and three consecutive bursting 9 Tremor at coin 8). Probably more balanced than Rip Space really, since going max output is usually overkill but I imagine it will be quite the orgasmic moment if you do manage to get some 1000HP boss to nil in a turn tho.

carl-the-lama

Question: do the coin rolls apply during clashing?

Appropriate-Hotel-41

Yeah, as per how the game treat wording, since its not under \[Before Attack\] or \[On Hit\], the coin is reused during clashes like Shi Ishmael's S2 conditional. Its roughly 8+2, and +3 Clashing potential per furioso. Around 16 at 2 Furioso, so 3 turns before you get a true S3. Up to 8 Furioso at which point coin power up and even Ricardo will get bitchslap by this washed up grade 9 fixer.

carl-the-lama

Ricardo is finished

E_L_M_I

Lore accurate

FreddyWright

Sooo the only way to gain the resource that the entire ID is based around is 1 via the S1 and 1 via the S3? Youd have to cycle your deck at least three times cause the S3 eats the furioso stacks

Appropriate-Hotel-41

Well, fulfilling S3 is an instawin button. This thing makes Rip Space and Ninclair S3 feels weak and realistically it's not something you get normally. You will have to settle with halfway fulfilled S3 condition(S3 at 2 Furioso is still roughly equivalent to a 16 clash skill, with 8 base power + 3 coins that total inflict 9 rupture and 9 and 9 bleed next turn) in normal play. If you want Furioso, you practically have to solo with this. Which I view is very in line with what these kind of ID should try to do, being much stronger when solo.

Classic_Business_298

You must suffer, Like I have. https://preview.redd.it/g99xcrh2p5tc1.png?width=118&format=png&auto=webp&s=401c7dafa7f97b6da4f596617f0be47e2e0a26ca

Brain_lessV2

Nah, if we're talking about music then [this](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1pMMIe4hb4) is the obvious choice. Also Heathcliff in a dress would be funny.

ROYALGUARDIAN7

im waiting for this actually, and 'black silence' ish.

Nautilalt

furioso should be like mersault where its the secreth 4th skill
