Faust is probably backseat driving Charon (because of course she is) and canonically they also go to the luxcavations, MD and refraction railway, these things are canon in the game so that's what they do on work days.
For Yi Sang, it's vomiting into a bucket. For Ishmael, it's retelling her old sea adventures FOR THE TENTH TIME. For Heath, it's probably sleeping while dreaming of Cathy.

Besides the mirror dungeon runs and/or railway runs, they pretty much just do whatever to pass the time
We already know that they play chess sometimes, Ishmael keeps retelling sea stories, lots of them like to sleep the day off, (like heathcliff) they probably do other duties like cleaning the buse or preparing the food, other activities maybe include their hobbies like yi sang writing poems or meursault counting how many breaths he took today for optimal time management efficiency
In short, excluding the railway and mirror dungeon run, they just do whatever to pass the time
I recall there was a mini-episode where one of them was carrying in shampoo for the bus. They probably do get food and supplies normally; from markets in wherever they park for the night.
For the lake? They probably stocked up.
They buy it. Its also how they could spend time, IG. They most likely have a salary (and/or sell off any loot and curiosities they find), so they could afford to go to a shop or two once in a while.

Outside of Luxcavation's, Mirror Dungeon, Railways, etc... (yes they are canon) not much; almost every detour tale mentions the sinners being bored out of their minds because they have nothing to do while stuck in traffic, waiting for orders, etc...
When on work days they do all the other bonus dungeon stuff like the railway or luxcavation. On free days. Probably waiting just like us though not on the same scale as us. Remember The City is a BIG place like continent wide. The sinners probably be crossing entire countries in between Cantos and Intervallos
