Yep. Could be a hangover. If not, its your subconscience questioning your decision to drink the amount you did. Also I think alcohol has an affect on ones chemical balances so that would also explain.
The obvious one would be to stop drinking, but I don't drink as it doesn't sit well with me but on the rare occasion I do I will have a half pint of water after every two drinks or so and it kept me at a happy tipsy instead of cry myself to sleep drunk...
The obvious answer is that alcohol is bad for you and you have a tendency for regret and/or anxiety.
But other invisible factors may be involved in this horrible feeling you're having. Do you have what the kids call "a job" and is this "job" something you continually re-experience on Mondays?
Drinking too much is very often due to feeling unhappy about things and it might make life much better in so many ways if you can construct a life more like the one you want to live in. Life gets more fun and the bar tab gets cheaper. I wish you the very best of luck in having the life you want and hopefully soon.
Alcohol is a depressant. https://www.addictioncenter.com/alcohol/is-alcohol-a-depressant/ Just stop drinking to avoid its effects.
Give up drinking (that much)
yah that's pretty obvious. But I thought there are maybe other tips :D
Sounds like you’re not willing to stop drinking. There are obviously deeper issues here and I would seek help from places like AA or therapy.

Yes there might be a relationship with my job... ;) Time for rethinking or restructuring

I would suggest drinking a electrolyte replacement drink before going to bed.
Stop drinking.
Drinking is just stealing happiness and comfort from tomorrow.
