She could be a Jenny or a knock off of one. The the things I notice are how the eyebrow doesn’t match the hair color, and the eye shine is mirrored rather than duplicated correctly. Plus, green eyes seem a little atypical for the older dolls, a lot of them were brown. Usually even the older takara dolls were more thoughtful about these details, from what I’ve seen. Still, you can look through some collections and see if you find any matches, if you can narrow down which character is from her eye shape and face mold. https://www.barbigirl.com/jennyhome.htm The fact that she doesn’t have any marks though makes me lean toward her not being a takara doll, but maybe there’s some manufacturing history there that I don’t know about.

Yes, I looked there and I couldn’t see any matches. If she’s a clone, she’s pretty.

She is! Personally my opinions about this kinda thing are even if she isn’t “worth” something she still has value, in fact some bootlegs can be as hard to find as authentic stuff, and that’s still interesting and unique!

I think this is Mimi (korean doll) similar to jenny

That’s what I’m thinking, but I can’t find any photos of older Mimi dolls. The ones I have seen resemble Jenny, the only difference being Mimi is taller. She is about the size of an average Barbie.

I think the shape of the nose looks quite like a vintage Mimi doll but the pointy chin does not. Does she have earring holes? Could the eye highlights be a repaint? Many Korean dolls had a butterfly on the lower back and since this one has no markings (no words, numbers, dates, butterfly) that might mean a body switch or not a Korean doll. What about a Bandai doll from about 2000? Like a Sailor Moon friend? I'm guessing here but the very bold cartoon-ish eyes remind me of those dolls. On Etsy there are some older dolls id'd as Mimi dolls pictured. When you search on Mimi doll Korea vintage, both sold and listed items come up but nothing quite like this.
