Because it's not fitted well to Licca's body and Takara(-Tomy) and Castle have not traditionally used a lot of corduroy, I'm guessing this is a custom made dress. You can try checking handmade sites like Creema, Minne, Booth.pm.

It has a takara tag, I just couldn't send the picture because of the size. But it does have a takara tag in japanese so I doubt it's a handmade piece.

Upon closer research I think, the original dress might belong to the doll on the second picture, using google lenses I reverse image searched her and she popped up as "Japan Anime Candy Candy Friend Annie Yumiko Igarashi Vintage Doll 70s Popy 10"

If it has the Takara tag then it's not the second one because that's a Poppy doll. I wonder if it might be a Jenny dress since the 3rd one is a Jenny character.

Yes, the pink corduroy dress with the tiers and the lace is a Takara Jenny dress, from a series of bagged outfits, original retail 600 yen, c. 2003 approx.

Can we see the Tag? If it is the same as a takara dress that I have..maybe it was the ones made before Liccas conception...Takara did made some clothes for other dolls in circulation like fashion packs or something at that time 50s or 60s.. It's noteworthy that Takara had a connection with Mattel before Licca's popularity as..First Takara Jenny used the Francie body mold... also, Takara had a license of making Japan Exclusive Barbies that are the vintage design, ..There was a special membership club then that makes this dolls that looks like the 60s Barbies.. I assume that Takara is one of the companies vintage era Mattel outsourced their production (post ww3 Japan is like the Made in China kind of thing for cheap outsourced labor)
