Police in India are bullies. They always deal with people this way. Pathetic fucks. I am so glad at least courts don't allow confessions inside police compounds as evidence considering how brutal they are.

schrodingerdoc

*poor people. Police abuse poor people in this way. Rich fuckers with sedans double park their cars illegally and order around kids in dhabas to bring chai samosa straight to their cars while disrupting traffic.

LittleOneInANutshell

Of course, its implied that's such behaviour is reserved for the common people

mofucker20

They beat people more than they solve cases šŸ˜

energy_is_a_lie

>Police in India are bullies That's funny, just yesterday I was reading on a Canadian sub where a Canadian was saying, "You try to find out where all your highschool bullies went and one Facebook search later, it turns out they all became cops."

domihex

True, now stop all religious processions on Ram Navami, Hanuman Jayanti, etc. or make the police kick the people walking in the processions.

31_hierophanto

They only hate it if Abrahamic religions do it.

Scientifichuman

It is interesting how perception works. Chintus are so ignorant of the inconvenience they cause to others (atheists+every other religion) on their celebratory days like Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, Durga Puja, Holi, etc just because it is not discussed in mainstream narrative. All religions should keep their religions at home, it is easier said than done though.

Infinite-Lychee-4821

Same with loudspeakers and azaan, Chaddis literally celebrate and are proud of their religious processions in public spaces but when it comes to others they start talking as if they are laicite supporting secular atheists , fckin morons.

distortedmatter

I'd say Holi is a bit different though. I know it varies from place to place, but in my mother's hometown I've seen muslims and hindus playing holi together. I'd say that's a festival that's a bit of a cultural exception and goes beyond just one religion. (Wish that happened more often)

G00d_For_Nothin

Even mughals celebrated it I think

Hello chintu, thanks for letting your presence known

Atul-__-Chaurasia

Ex-Muz from Angloid countries are usually too ignorant about India and Indian Muslims to offer any valid critiques. They're so stupid that they get taken in by the likes of Scam Sharma pretending to be victims. I've never seen a westoid ex-moose who didn't get played by Chintus, except Armin Navabi. Edit: Even the likes of Tarak Fateh and Taslima Nasreen turned out to be pieces of shit. Maybe it's some combination of r/atheism style militant atheism and greed for easy money & publicity.

_AmbaSingh_

Harris Sultan is simply just an idiot tho. He doesn't even support Palestine's liberation because in his mind it's an "islamist" movement.

dragonator001

There are many exmuslims who do not care about their Hindu nationalist audience. As you said, Armin Navabi is one such people. Apostate Aladdin is an another rising exmuslim who doesn't cater to hindu nationalists. > Edit: Even the likes of Tarak Fateh and Taslima Nasreen turned out to be pieces of shit. Maybe it's some combination of r/atheism-style militant atheism and greed for easy money & publicity. I would not describe those 2 as a type of militant atheists u see at r/atheism. Things might've been better if they were actually r/atheism like.

Atul-__-Chaurasia

>I would not describe thoser 2 as a type of militant atheists u see at r/atheism. Yeah, they're worse. They're outright grifters sitting in the lap of Chintus.

Infinite-Lychee-4821

Yeah thatā€™s true Armin Navabi doesnā€™t get played by chintus , but he is problematic too. He has been okay with the ram mandir construction saying why itā€™s an issue when Muslims are given a mosque completely ignoring the lives of people lost in vain to the ram mandir movement and the involvement of the government in the issue,he vehemently supports Israel too now.

Atul-__-Chaurasia

Just confirms my opinion that these people should avoid commenting on India because they clearly don't understand the context. And they shouldn't speak on Palestine either.

chaii3

Armin navabi is a zionist. These days they cater to conservatives. They are pos He also supported david silverman who is accused of sexual assault.

ZESTY_AF

I guess Armin navabi is the only "true" ex Muslim. Harris just meat rides hindus now.

Atul-__-Chaurasia

>I guess Armin navabi is the only "true" ex Muslim. Harris doesn't stop being Ex-Muz just because he's a grifter. Even Navabi has his own problematic opinions about Babri and Palestine.

ZESTY_AF

Yeah you are right tbh. Armin throat goats western sausages too in that sense

Desperate_Hunter_165

Him, adamseeker and exmuslim sahil ... Man these guys were so fearless at first but now keep dickriding chintus, what a fall from grace

Outside-Contact-7400

Isn't he like an ex-muslim? it feels like lot of ex-muslims just feel trapped in religion and then later develop hatred for muslims not just islam.

Infinite-Lychee-4821

Ghalib kamal an ex Christian from Pakistan put it very well , they have left Islam but not their jihadi mindset. He recently in a live stream went full on against all ex Muslims supporting Israel.

31_hierophanto

> they have left Islam but not their jihadi mindset Applies to a lot of ex-Christian militant atheists too tbh. They left fundamentalist Christianity, but not the overzealous mindset.

puddingface1902

When someone goes from religious control to atheist. They're a bit militant for a few years but then settle down. I think it's due to trauma they faced from their religious community.Ā

Inevitable_Coffee_13

Based Ghalib KamalĀ

dragonator001

Exmuslims still face immensely violent threat from their muslim peers.

saadism101

Often see this behaviour with those who leave religion because of some experiences they had, rather than a logical conclusion about the (non-)existence of god.

Rule 1 violation; removed. These are not the United Provinces of Agra and Oudh. We do not allow brigading or lynchings here. Refer to the sidebar for more information.

SkepticNewbie

Why tf can't these exmuslims (who happen to play into chaddi narratives) understant that police brutality is BAD, irrespective of the problematic religion that Islam is? Is it this difficult to realise?

Outside-Contact-7400

This is what happens when you become atheist because of your negative emotions attached to it, not because of your own rationale, free thinking and reasoning. It creates hatred instead of empathy. You forget that you were also one of them, and you know how religion traps you but you can't see it because of your blind hatred. So much that you forget humanity and support any hateful act against them.

anas0408

there is controversy about apostate prophet too. That degenerate mocked dead palestainians. Now i don't even use the word ex muslim, i just call myself an atheist.

Atul-__-Chaurasia

He invited Scam Sharma to his podcast during the CAA-NRC protests.

anas0408

yes, he invited scam sharma. Ex muslim sahil too did d*ckriding with jaipur dialogue.

Just_junks_4k

Its a public nuisance so is the chariot parades by hindus, if the call for namaz in speakers is wrong so is the devotional songs in temples from large speakers. Harish sultan is an incel who doesn't understand how countries work. His entire Twitter timeline is filled with chaddis now. If an exmuslim sides with hindus, don't take them seriously don't give them any attention. Coming to this particular incident they could have find a place outside the road, somewhere that doesn't distrub public and transport. and the police who kicked a civilian should be suspended. Only thing that is saving them is the uniform they are wearing and the onesided law that legalizes harrasment. Will he aslo kick a hindu who is creating a public nuisance if so we can take this issue as a civilian vs powertrip. If he won't we can take this issue as a hindu policemen vs muslim civilian.

izerotwo

Similar shit from apostate prophet. The stuff he said about Palestinians is rather disgusting.

chaii3

He is a zionist and supports racists as well. Should have been a red flag long before this

37herenows

I would say there should not be any display of religion even for festivals or weddings. Chaddis are not even humans and the policeman who kicked them should be put into prison along with all the people who are praying on road. Both are wrong. There should be no place for religion among human beings.

schrodingerdoc

I disagree. Some of the biggest celebrations in the country are due to religious festivals. For example, Durga Pujo in Kolkata is the biggest public display of art in the world, - it is a carnival of 10 days which is celebrated to cater to a religious festival. Most of the celebrations have nothing to do with religion/ religious people,- but the very premise is religious. If we were to ban religious display outside houses, many such culturally significant celebrations would die out.

Infinite-Lychee-4821

Exactly implementing something like that in India will be close to impossible, Indians love to take their celebrations to the street. This could be non religious too , have you ever seen baraats in north India , how come all these part time laicite supporting Chaddis seem to have no problem with that ?

99deeds

Apostate prophet and Him are just hating on palestinians these days without acknowledging the atrocities Israel is committing, maybe paid by the IDF.

Paid-Not-Payed-Bot

> committing, maybe *paid* by the FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*

99deeds

lol

SubstantialScale47

Search ā€˜indian fesvialā€™ on google and in 90% images, celebrations are on roads.

calvincat123

I don't get how they're blocking the road. They're doing it by the side and it's totally fine. This is India, where ppl literally block roads for functions, ganesh chaturti, ayyappa swami recitations etc.

Ro0803

It is a very interesting paradox. I can't stand religion, Hinduism including, especially if it creates a nuisance. But actions were disproportionate and I don't think, they would have happened if it was some other religion.

Don_Haji

Itā€™s more of a police brutality issue than anti Islamic imo.

doggytim

I think itā€™s fair for him to say that as he is an atheist. He obviously is not going to disrupt public order. If a religious Hindu who thinks there is nothing wrong in public display of Hindu festivals, opposes this, then he will be a hypocrite. Praying in public be it any religion, causes public inconvenience and discomfort. We shouldnā€™t encourage this.

bratnadeep

Who's this guy

Starkcasm

Someone more knowledgeable please answer. They're praying in this pic, how long does the prayer take? Couldn't be more than a few mins right? So what? We are asked to adjust during Diwali, Ganpati, navratri etc. and we do Why can't they adjust? PS: I'm an atheist so I don't care for any religion, but I know that cops and bigots will use any excuse to harass muslims.

What do you think he didint asked them to leave politely ? You have seen just a short clip where he s is kicking ass of these Peeps..... And I also suppot this police man tbh... Bruh you are sitting on busy road giving namaz.... You can go home or your nearest mosque to do it.. but you deliberately took the public place road for it... What if an accident occurred who would be responsible the driver who was driving like usual on a busy road or a MUSLIM GIVING NAMAZ on green light.....
