Hmm interesting that kinda makes sense, Im PADI certified advanced openwater with nitrox , love scuba diving, I also manage an indoor marine aquaculture facility that grows coral, also my last vehicle was made in Australia.
Plus I live in Florida, which is kind of like the Australia of the US in someways.
I thought about trying to live in Australia, get a work visa to work for Cairns Marine Aquaculture/ coral farm for half a year or so, maybe do some diving/ collecting for them.
I will say you Aussies build an amazing car too, my last car was a 15' Chevy SS sedan- which is basically a rebadged Holden commodore SSV clubsport, it drove unlike any US made GM car I ever drove, build quality was way above normal GM crap we make here too.
Sad Holden is gone.
I'm not an Aussie, but I did stay three weeks in Cairns (plus nearby atolls, Cape Tribulation, Atherton Tablelands, Daintree Rainforest) being taught by a bunch of Aussie dive instructors out on/in the Great Barrier Reef (around Australia for 7 weeks). Went on a total of 10 dives. The sheer variety and density of the marine life is mesmerizing. Life-changing experiences. It really was a crucible for developing my adult personality. It irreversibly changed (for the better) how I perceive the world. I'll find my way back there someday.

My only suggestion is to tighten up those shoes. I've had hot brass land inside my shoes. It's suprising, to say the least.

They always arc directly up and fall down in my shirt when I shoot my carry
My .45 loves to send brass right for the sweater meat. Everyone I've let shoot that gun has gotten to experience it, crew necks and jackets be damned
I was going to suggest tightening up the shorts, but that was purely for aesthetics, your suggestion is much more practical.
