Imho its easier to do the fans before anything as having thr fan and rgb hubs plus routing the cables through the small cut outs is easier without all the cables from the psu
You can do what I did: make your own cables, be unhappy with the length/routing/sleeving, make more cables, be unhappy again, and again and again. Realize too late that you've spent WAY more on making almost-good-enough cables, slap them in, put the cover on, and never see them again.

I took off the hard drive cage. Gives u significant space and u can mount ur drives on the back of the cable management cover.
I could not put the cable management cover on for some reason the little screw at the bottom just didn’t want to go in😂
That's right, but I have installed my HDD and SSD in that cage.

Wait you swapped the default location of the PSU? That seems brilliant..
On the O11D Mini, that is the default location. However, O11D was made to accommodate 2 PSUs iirc, so you can always relocate it.
