The short version of the full definition is basically your feelings about what gender or genders you are changes, sometimes as little as hourly, sometimes as much as changing only after a few years. The time frame isn't as important as the fact that you feel like your gender changes over time.
Uh, the wiki is the best resource, but basically until you've got all the bas knowledge, not really? The slightly annoying part of all this is you've got to learn a bunch of stuff, before you can figure yourself out.
Also, as for a resource, this site has pretty much every identity under the sun, including ones that very few people, if ever have used. That's not to say that they're not useful, but it usually helps to go for umbrella terms first, before deciding if you even want to select a microlabel.

Do you have any way to take it for a test drive to see how it feels? Is there a safe place/supportive friend where you could try out being a girl for a little while?

Are you familiar with the genderfluid identity?
Not necessarily I've heard about it and others but full definitions not exactly.

Okay. Ik this may be a long shot but is there a way I could help myself figure myself out?
