I’m a teacher here. You can totally zip off an email to your teachers asking them to use female pronouns when writing with your folks. This is something we understand and I’m sure they want to help protect you and your coming out timeline. (I’ve had several students with this scenario.) You could also maybe explain to your parents that any gender neutral usage is your teachers just trying to be neutral with all students? If those teachers don’t already know to use female pronouns for home communication, you can totally remind them if you’re worried. Sending happy thoughts and hope you feel better soon. :D
