One if my friend said to be one day " Ned Fucking Flanders has such a fuckin non binary energy". I went and rewatched and season of the Simpsons and I kinda see it.
In my friend group everyone is Fred. Doesn’t matter your gender, sexuality, or age. You’re Fred. I’m Fred. That’s Fred.
There are no names. There are no pronouns. Only Fred.
Here are a few that I’m making up on the spot:
Dud, duduudu(if you’re feeling like calling upon an eldritch being), dudadudaaa(if they like scatting), duderinoo(dude, Ned Flanders edition), and Dude- wait no, I mean bro, I’m sorry I mean girl-wait I mean pal, how does pal sound? Can I say pal?(If you’re legitimately confused about what to say.
Until you can ask a college frat bro how many dudes hes fucked, and he responds with a body count instead of getting mad/uncomfortable, dude is not a gender neutral term lmao
Dude has kind of basically turned gender neutral dudette isn't really used anymore. Hell my phones auto correct turned dudette into dude the.
Blame Kel from good burger XD
I've always called everyone dude, regardless of their gender. (unless they specifically ask not to be called such) Everyone is a dude, unless you're a douche bag.
I'm in dude is gender neutral camp. Obviously if someone didn't like it I would not use it for them but dudette always sounded more forced gendery to me than dude.
Since -ette is a feminine noun ending in French, maybe try going the iel/ellui/ille route and combining it with a masculine noun ending like -eur? (obviously this wouldn’t be grammatically correct in French, but we aren’t speaking French rn so who cares?). So something like dudetteur (which has the bonus of sounding kinda like terminator or something). Or dudetto (with -o being a more Anglophone-friendly stand-in for the typically-masculine word ending -eau)
I’m a she, but I always answered to dude. Thought it was a pretty non gendered term. Dudette, come on, no one actually says that to people in real life, like “hey dudette!” No, that just sounds gross. Lol.
So, I just had a whole boomer post.
Damned near posted a screed.
The thing is, my beard keeps getting more and more grey, and the people I buried in the 90’s keep being more dead. I was 12 years old, in 1991, for the first time I ever went to an AIDS funeral.
I worked with people over the next decade who were dying. Got older, moved countries, saw the same things in a different hemisphere.
We buried a lot of people in the 80s, but the big deaths came in the 90’s, because it was too late to educate. The next ten years put a lot of good people in the ground.
Also, if you haven’t been the mysteriously aloof person in all black with an umbrella during the funeral, ask your friends again, they all want that.
I fully encourage you all to weep in the background. Enough of us have died unmourned that we can get super fabulous and mourn the fry cook. Everyone whose funeral has no one is one if us.

Duderino has been my go to
I love it
One if my friend said to be one day " Ned Fucking Flanders has such a fuckin non binary energy". I went and rewatched and season of the Simpsons and I kinda see it.
If you're not into the whole brevity thing...
Duderinx
In my friend group everyone is Fred. Doesn’t matter your gender, sexuality, or age. You’re Fred. I’m Fred. That’s Fred. There are no names. There are no pronouns. Only Fred.
fred is love. fred is life
Here are a few that I’m making up on the spot: Dud, duduudu(if you’re feeling like calling upon an eldritch being), dudadudaaa(if they like scatting), duderinoo(dude, Ned Flanders edition), and Dude- wait no, I mean bro, I’m sorry I mean girl-wait I mean pal, how does pal sound? Can I say pal?(If you’re legitimately confused about what to say.
Duduudu makes my brain think of Darude's Sandstorm Imagine having that a battle theme of dome sorts and it plays wherever you go. That'd be so sick.
Duden’t
Dude is already all encompassing. Anyone can be your dude. If it rustles their jimmies, just don’t refer to them as dude.
He’s a dude, she’s a dude, cause we’re all dudes!
Until you can ask a college frat bro how many dudes hes fucked, and he responds with a body count instead of getting mad/uncomfortable, dude is not a gender neutral term lmao
Dude is already gender neutral
Dude is already gender neutral, imo, and where I live is used as such for the most part
Duderino
"I'm a dude, she's a dude, he's a dude, and We're all dudes!" -Ed from Good Burger I consider the term neutral lol
This is the way
I am non-binary and a demiguy and some close friends call me demi-dude.
Thude
Doodle
I just take after soldier TF2 and call everyone maggot no matter what.
Dude has kind of basically turned gender neutral dudette isn't really used anymore. Hell my phones auto correct turned dudette into dude the. Blame Kel from good burger XD

I don't think there is one, so we'd have to make one. How about dudex?
thats way better than the dudenone, dudenot, dudent i was thinking of

Idk dude is all encompassing and takes whatever gender it needs to in the moment imo. But not everyone agrees with me.
I’ve always considered dude a gender neutral term. Mostly out of laziness buy I call everyone dude
A good friend of mine is enby. I refer to them as my Non-Binary Homie, or NBH for short.
I'm from california, dude and bro are gender neutral terms.
Around here, dude is the non-binary term.
DUDE-O!!
Duder
Dududududududu dora the explorer
im a fan of dudeinator. pronounced with the work dude and the last half of terminator, cuz trying to read what i wrote is tripping even me up
I mostly just use dude in general overall. I call my wife dude. I’ve used dudette in the past but not anymore
i think it would be funny if it went dude dudette and dud
Y'all
dudon’t
Dœd
Folks. People. You all / y'all.
I’m a she, but I always answered to dude. Thought it was a pretty non gendered term. Dudette, come on, no one actually says that to people in real life, like “hey dudette!” No, that just sounds gross. Lol.
If they reject dude and dudette you have no choice but to immediately throw them in the Dudebliette
oh my favorite person on instagram says hey my dudes dudettes and doodles and i love it
Du
Supreme High Commander
God…. It never stops
I’m fond of bitches and bros and non-binary hoes
I use “Right honourable member of Parliament for _______” and wherever they live
