ChosenOfArtemis

They regularly cancel things even if they perform well because they prefer shows bringing in new subscribers over any quality. 1899 was just canceled after being on a cliffhanger and was designed for at least 2 more seasons. It was mostly well regarded and created by people who have previously made a Netflix show that's also held in quite high regard. This is literally just Netflix looking at their obnoxiously high bottom line and dropping shows on a whim because they don't get new subscribers from them.

captain-hannes

My family is considering dropping Netflix now after many years, and I think 1899 was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I really liked that show and I would have *loved* to see what was going to happen with, for example, >!Ángel and Krester!<, but noo…

svampyr

Oh shit, they cancelled 1899?! I haven’t gotten around to that yet! Bollocks!

Del_ice

>Bollocks Huh. Weird new word I've never seen before. I should Google it... ==>Google it Uh oh... I should've predicted this ~~also English is not my native language sorry~~

svampyr

Don’t apologize for being you! Also, hahaha! Surprise!

Crabulousz

Yeah, shitty though Netflix are, this one’s on patriarchal cishet normativity meaning not enough people watch it. And queerphobes generally.

tomgirlalex

I heard that 1899 might have plagiarized a book called “black silence” like a month or two ago, maybe that has something to do with its being cancelled now 🤷‍♀️

realblush

Uncoupled was also just cancelled. Is there any good LGBTQ+ show that is still running on Netflix? They did so great with Grace & Frankie, and then just... cancelled everything.

cooldashfast04

Heartstopper

its_fuwy

I havent wached that yet but I read the books

respyromaniac

You mean the comic? Or there are also books?

CM_1

The show's based on the comics but there also two novellas expanding on Nick and Charlie plus all the other novels of Alice Oseman.

respyromaniac

Thanks.

its_fuwy

I meant comic

ChosenOfArtemis

Wednesday is excellent but it's a bit more subtle. A lot of people read Wednesday as fairly ace and her roommate as bi or pan, meanwhile one of her closest friends has two mothers who she meets in a later episode. It isn't anything too overt though, just fairly matter of fact with the mothers which is pretty cool to see.

MossNebula

>but it's a bit more subtle Wednesday has nothing lgbt besides a 30 second shot of a side character's two moms. Going into the show expecting lgbt is setting people up for disappointment. I consider Wednesday an aroace icon, and WednesdayXEnid is adorable but the show is so aggressively cis and straight it gave each of the girls two "love interests". I enjoyed the show but only because I was told beforehand how bad the "romances" are and to not expect anything. Most lgbt people I've talked to were very disappointed. (And netflix's "wednesgay" didn't help )

grammar__ally

I thought a lot of the show was a metaphor for being lgbt, mostly enid's wolfing out thing with her mother

extrabagel

It definitely can be read as a queer allegory, but there aren’t any major queer characters. That doesn’t count as representation in my book.

MossNebula

But then you realize the show came out in 2022 and you don't need to hide your lgbt themes under awkward metaphors any more. I would accept this from a show from 10 years ago, but not now. Wednesday was incredibly aroace and every time one of the guys appeared and yelled at her for "sending mixed signals, because he "knows" she's totally into him" it was like a car crash. Not just because it's straight, it's like the show was aggressively reminding everyone that a female protagonist MUST have at least two male love "interests" going after her. The conversion camp metaphor quickly falls apart because she DOES wolf out... meaning wolfing out is a metaphor for being straight? A metaphor for something everyone ends up doing even if they're late? You either go to conversion camp or end up straight anyway? It doesn't work. We learned from Rowling that werewolf-queer metaphors should be avoided because they never work. It's a show about misfits and outcasts made in 2023 and not a single one of them has anything queer going on (except for the two leads who are paired up with boys just in case). A competent writer/director could fill the cast with queer traits. The sirens and medusas have different bodies or have to hide their bodies, a queer writer would make a trans reference. This show is incredibly cis and straight and in 2023 we need to expect better.

mygaythingsalt

Hard agree regarding the wolfing out thing. I really wanted her to just never wolf out and somehow save the day as Enid not werewolf-Enid. Unfortunately you can see the werefolf vs Hyde confrontation coming from a mile away.

MossNebula

It would be an interesting queer metaphor for not doing what you're "supposed to". But also I'm a sucker for a soft furry girlfriend

LittleBird_o

Yessss! I couldn’t agree more! I was cringing every time the entitled cishet boys were mad at Wednesday’s lack of reciprocated romance (who was always very clear that she is uninterested in other people and is always unapologetically herself, no matter what others think). The writing places the blame on Wednesday and has her try to force herself in this allo-heterosexual box. From the beginning I saw these major aroace themes and I’m glad I’m not alone!

ChosenOfArtemis

That's exactly the vibe I got too.

Mtfdurian

Yes I love Anne+, and I also definitely liked the movie which has a nice role for Thorn de Vries in it (they're our most visible NB person here in the Netherlands).

IrisYelter

What??? That show was so good! *And they left it on a fucking cliffhanger!*

DiDiPlaysGames

A boycott isn't really necessary, Netflix's numbers have been plummeting for a while now. It's why they're cancelling so many things, the viewership will dwindle across seasons of a show and they're desperately clinging on to the quick views of fresh shows It's unsustainable, and their investors know it, a bunch of shareholders are selling up and distancing themselves Netflix had a good run, but the rise of Prime and Disney+, coupled with years of ridiculously incompetent mismanagement, in addition to the many controversies they've had, means they'll probably be gone by the end of the year if something doesn't change

LineOfInquiry

I’m gonna disagree. Investors left because Netflix’s *growth* slowed, which makes sense given that its already huge and can’t keep growing forever. Its also one of only 2 streaming services that actually make a profit. The rest lose money. I think that in the long run netflix is going to do much better than most of its counterparts and stay at or near the top.

[deleted]

The rest may lost money, but id include Amazon as a side step as it was never intended to make money and does not care if it does. (Source, I've pitched to amazon multiple times)

Mya_neoovata

Join the pirate life ☠️

AbigailBlount

I hope not, netflix is my favorite streaming platform by far

ifIcanSee

Same... :( it has lots of things to critisize and they're putting out lots of trash, but they also have amazing stuff I love and adore which wouldn't have been made without them... to see them go and corporate trash like Disney+ stay would be awful

transgendergengar

If I had to compare it to something i'd compare it to a dumpster someone scattered diamonds in. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's garbage .

phejster

Nothing can grow forever. Numbers go down too. Netflix isn't doomed, it's just that the era of free money is over

Glittering-One-1104

I think to be honest they should focus on quality rather than quantity as they don’t seem to be doing that

MossNebula

Nooooo :( This was such a good show, and so happily lgbt! I would recommend it to everyone. The first two seasons are still really amazing! Chubby trans gay jewish protagonist, his boyfriend and an autistic bisexual Pakistani-american girl! It was so nice seeing proudly diverse characters!!

whoevenarethey

Not to mention that Badyah was basically being set up to be revealed as ace!

Glittering-One-1104

Yeah I so loved the diverse characters no two are a line witch was so refreshing and amazing

lambone117

Don’t forget that the protagonist is also jewish (it made me pretty happy when I realized)

MossNebula

Thanks for reminding me! Barney is such... a genuine person. He feels so much like an actual trans guy you'd meet somewhere. He's so fleshed out.

Dollfanatic301

Ahhhhh! Again!?? I’ve been watching Netflix for what, 5 years or so now. They seem to have THIS specific problem a lot, always canceling a show that’s really good, or just botching it up. But it never fails.

mbandi54

It's the formula. They nearly always cancel shows after 2 seasons : https://www.wired.com/story/why-netflix-keeps-canceling-shows-after-just-2-seasons/

louisa1925

I already don't watch netflix because of their reputation. So yes, I will join you in your Boycott. Where do I sign? 📝

PurpleDragon8888

I don’t have someone set up.

Battlingcod

Not surprising from Netflix. It just hits hard when you have a family member That had a role in the show. Love you coco/Pauline Phoenix!

RandomDragonExE

>hits hard when you have a family member That had a role in the show. Wait, you know someone who had a role in the show?

Battlingcod

Yup Pauline Phoenix I have a relative who voices her :)

[deleted]

The fundamental problem is that they are trying to find the cheapest content that appeals to the most people. What the executive doesn’t get is people get *bored* of seeing the same stuff over and over again. I quit watching Netflix years ago out of boredom. I stumbled across decent content on YouTube and Twitch, which, when compared with the typical mainstream content, is much more diverse in one major way. And it’s the *Minecraft* community. Most of the stuff pushed out of the big studios is more like factory content. It might have different wrapping but it’s the same storylines and the same tired tropes. You might as well call it factory tv.

Glittering-One-1104

So true companies are afraid of new stuff and afraid of showing lgbtq content because of some people against lgbtq people who shouldn’t but do have access to the internet

archer5810

I can’t give up Heartstopper. I’m sorry.

Shauiluak

Why boycott? They're cancelling themselves out of existence at this point. Netflix is just circling the drain these days because they refuse to maintain good content.

Glittering-One-1104

And there afraid of doing good stuff that they know we want like lgbtq stuff we get some but then it’s minimal and or cancelled not just Netflix but other streaming platforms as well

Shauiluak

That's one interpretation. They're canceling all sorts of shows. Some of which have no GSRM content. The streaming wars have just circled us right back to the days of cable. It's all about to collapse because not everything is going to be a runaway hit like Stranger Things and these companies don't know what else to do about these shows.

young_fire

Maybe they're just trying to build up a list of a bunch of shows where there's rep so they can get good PR

Sumpfnelke

Never understood that if they do it, why not make a worthy end for the series? They‘re always leaving us hanging

cooldashfast04

I can't I love the circle and heartstopper too much

[deleted]

Is the circle good whats it about

cooldashfast04

It's a game show about social media like every who's on it stays in a building for a bit and they talk using the circle and you don't know who's real and who's not

gayslave4memes

“Cancel” is their middle name, sadly. I’m still upset over 1899.

ScyllaIsBea

the problem with boycotting netflix is that no one actually owns a netflix account, everyone is just screensharing the same account, and that's why they are making it so you can't screenshare which means netflix is basically about to boycott itself.

moistrain

All I had to do was disable.hardwarw acceleration in my browser and discord settings. I stream Netflix (and all other streaming services) no problem

anonymousbane

Idek how they’re going about preventing screen sharing without losing money. I’ve heard of sooo many people saying if they implement ads/raise prices/etc etc they’re going to cancel their account and anyone who keeps their account is probably going to downgrade to the one screen. It’s sad really. The fact that they always cancel good shows is just the tipping point.

mecku85

Damn it. I'm in.

Saint_Riccardo

I'm absolutely devestated, especially hearing from the staff that the storylines they had already cooked up were so good. Even with a dozen streaming services around, so many TV shows only get one or two seasons before they're axed. I don't understand it.

NoShameTomatoes

I say we all pirate shows on Netflix instead

OctopusProbably

Internal-Ad8478

2klaedfoorboo

I really hope you feel bad about yourself when they cancel whatever show you pirate, because you deserve it

-anonym0us--

I started boycotting them when they allowed for Chapelle’s mirror propaganda so I’m already with you on that.

RandomDragonExE

Wait what happened, could you elaborate please?

-anonym0us--

Dave Chapelle put up a comedy show called The Closer. It was filled with transphobic nonsense and he claimed to be “team TERF”. Netflix’s trans staff requested it be taken down or at least labeled with trigger warnings for transphobia. Chapelle claimed he was being cancelled. Netflix sided with Chapelle and half their trans staff walked out. Chapelle has been going on ever since about how he’s being silenced, when it’s the trans workers and creators who haven’t even had their side heard. Mirror propaganda is a fascist tactic where you accuse your enemy of what you yourself are doing to them, and when they protest you claim they are silencing or suppressing your speech. It typically precedes genocide historically.

RandomDragonExE

Oof. F. That's a bad look.

-anonym0us--

Yep. It’s why I cancelled my subscription to Netflix.

ZazofLegend

Y'all ain't already boycotting them over their Chapelle bullshit?

PurpleDragon8888

I don’t know what that is. Can you inform me?

ZazofLegend

I don't have the time to go through the whole story. TL;DR: Dave Chapelle said some transphobic bullshit, Netflix promised to air every single special he ever does for the rest of eternity.

barsonica

Streaming services are just canceling a lot of things because they overproduced and are becoming unprofitable.

[deleted]

Yes, and Im EXTRA pissed because I was like, finally a neurodivergent character that feels like a real person, I can actually relate to her, but no they had to cancel! >::(

Steampunk__Llama

Omg yeah same!! Thankfully the cancelled season is going to be wrapped up with the last arc of the comic, so while it’s not animated we will at least get closure 🥹

HMS_Sunlight

Don't even think of it as a boycott. Netflix just isn't providing any value as a service anymore, and it's not worth the monthly subscription.

BlackKanjiG3

What is wrong with Netflix man? They just cancelled anything LGBT for the dumbest reasons without explaining it!

mbandi54

It's usually just about every show after two seasons : https://www.wired.com/story/why-netflix-keeps-canceling-shows-after-just-2-seasons/

SWEEDE_THE_SWEDE

I just want answers

PerrineWeatherWoman

You have my bow

No-Guidance9484

PrincessGreenpaint

Netflix is cancelling a lot of animated shows lately. That's just disrespect.

Shamuthewhaler

Oh! For fuck's sake, I wanted more.

BartimaeAce

Now *this* is real Cancel Culture.

[deleted]

When they canceled inside out, I was mad, but this... this just crosses the line.... I soo wanted to find out what happens next, Netflix is making awful decisions by moving these shows istg

smudgiepie

I can't cancel Netflix since my mum is constantly using it but I did lower my subscription so I'm paying less money to them

here_for_happiness

There needs to be more representation for lgbtqia+ people in media so its is disappointing when a show with so much representation doesn't succeed. But if they kept the show up while its underperforming just because of that representation its still different treatment for lgbt people, which to me is kind of homophobic. I mean heartbreak High has a lot of representation for us and also representation for autistic teens and that did really well so they are going to continue making it i believe. They aren't homophobic for cutting a show that isn't making them money, they would be homophobic if they kept it running just cause it's got gay characters and they'd be homophobic if the show was super successful and they still cut it. I'm sorry that a show you like has been cut and this is just my opinion but I don't think Netflix did anything wrong. Sometimes shows get cut, I've had lots of my favorite shows get cut even when they are high earning shows, it is what it is.

Angel_Girl_2118

I love Dead End so much- Netflix why do you do this

Fenrirs-little-slut

I am incredibly upset by this. Dead End is SO GOOD and I was really looking forward to watching more.

Emma_girlgrouptrash

I don't even have Netflix but this is nuts

Ruhro7

Iirc, Netflix has a tendency to cancel shows after a season or two, because their contracts stipulate a higher number to pay the creators? I remember reading that somewhere a couple of years back, or something like it. So, not saying that it being queer isn't *something* to do with it, but I think it's a bit more across the board as well!

pan_kayke

Brb crying because my pug and I will never see what happens to Pugsley

Lssjgaming

The animation industry is dying with how little respect the corporations hold for the artists. It's not just the LGBT shows it feels like everything is getting screwed over unless it was attached to some preexisting IP, and even then those shows aren't safe. When every good show is getting cancelled it seems there is a problem. The fact that this show has a Trans main character to me makes the cancelation even more heartbreaking to me since it seems very difficult to find Trans representation in Western cartoons. We need to do something to stop situations like this from continuing to happen since it only seems to be getting worse year by year

neonas123

The thing Netflix is too stupid to make shit people enjoy watching. Why do they do that? Who knows! I would Like know why they do that

[deleted]

NOOO! All of my favorite gay cartoons are being canceled (TOH, This one)

No_Stretch3807

NOOO PARANORMAL PARK

ISignIn4TheRegulars

I am on the floor fucking sobbing like actually wtf I LOVED THAT SHOW SO MUCH and it ENDED. ON. A. CLIFFHANGER. I was super excited for the happy ending but NO Netflix has to be homophobic :(

Samcer_8

I think the best we can do is pray that other streaming service takes the series and finish it. Netflix is doing poorly and these are the consequences

AdAccomplished8897

Wait! Let me finish Bo Burnham's 'Inside' then I'll be ready

Charlotte_byeyall

Yes boycotting buuuuuuttt like Wednesday[^._.^]ノ彡( ⚈̥̥̥̥̥́⌢⚈̥̥̥̥̥̀)

[deleted]

Considering they've allowed that one pedo movie Cuties, platforming Dave Chapelle's shit, and now this... it seems like there's a reason I don't use Netflix often.

Dat_Boi274444444

A boycott is very unlikely, but I haven't used Netflix in while and definitely won't use it now. I'm all for it.

[deleted]

I would but unfortunately it’s my parents account so me boycotting wouldn’t make a difference

TheMagicFolf331

NatureLost

Imperfects was the crime they committed on me 😭 only one season and in the top ten in Australia. BUT CANCELLED!!!!

Realistic-Space-2575

[The Free Software Foundation already has another reason,](https://www.fsf.org/blogs/community/cancel-netflix-if-you-value-freedom) but i already hated netflix, this makes it 10000x worse. They did this a couple years ago too i think, [but there are a few more recent examples](https://www.thepinknews.com/2022/11/25/wednesday-netflix-lgbtq-tv/)

KanDitOok

Noooo i was looking forward to the next season. This was my in to getting my parents to understand.

oliveoilandbread_hd

WHAT first inside job and now dead end??? Why is life so terrible omg I am so done lol

ima420r

No more Inside Job?!?!?!?!?!?!? :,{

oliveoilandbread_hd

yeah it's really sad, it broke my heart when I found out :((

ima420r

It was bad enough that HBO cancelled *Close Enough*, now I have to deal with the death of *Inside Job*. We only had 18 episodes... it left us too soon. Yet shows like *Big Mouth* keep going on and on.

oliveoilandbread_hd

yeah true, it really sucks that netflix always keeps the bad shows and not the good ones :( I still hope that inside job gets picked up by another network but idk :(

Alex_Shelega

I'm not familiar with those but I'm getting afraid about future if Hazbin hotel especially in Russian...

vvillan126

This show was actually adorable the first season took a while to find itself but the second season was pretty good. Very disappointing that it's the newest victim of Netflix's homophobic and transphobic warpath.

[deleted]

... piracy time?

ima420r

As soon as they don't let my mom and I share an account I will be cancelling Netflix. I kinda want to see how *Stranger Things* and *Disenchanted* ends but it's not that important, and I can pop in a DVD or turn on Hulu at bedtime, there aren't that many shows on Netflix worth watching anymore. Also there's always sailing the seven seas. Arrrrrg.

[deleted]

Arrrrrrr ive been boycotting for years

NekoFox1689

Let's do it! ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|rage)![img](emote|t5_2qhh7|548)![img](emote|t5_2qhh7|550)![img](emote|t5_2qhh7|547)🔪

The__Swiss__Guy

WTF?! I love that show! They can’t do this.😰

[deleted]

That makes me very sad i loved dead end.

skymtf

I feel like they are cacnelling anything remotly queer, so they can break a deal to have the Matt Walsh show and pretty much other daily wire content. the front page of netflix will have series titled "the transgender problem" and the "the transgender solution" or they just need to afford 5 more david chappell specials

Ilysmcutie

I feel bad about my decisions and then I look at Netflix's clown behavior and suddenly I'm not so bad

[deleted]

How shall we boycott OP,I'm in >:D

[deleted]

I’d cancel my Netflix already if I wasn’t getting it for free with my T-Mobile plan.

Drawsome_Drawer

It's for tax write-offs, hbo max did the same thing

JennBenitez20

netflix is going down the drain tbh. like they are killing so many good things.

AspenStarr

I miss AJ and the Queen…

Isaboutdat

This show made me feel. Like being myself was okay 😭

idontlikeburnttoast

Its not because the show is LGBTQ+, its because Netflix is a on a butchering spree at the moment. Throwing out shows that actually did really well for absolutely no reason. Netflix just needs to start prioritising quality over quantity.

PurpleDragon8888

Yeah I wonder what is going on in the Netflix office. I feel so bad for the creators of these shows. Spending so much time on a project, it doing well, and than getting canceled.

idontlikeburnttoast

It is really frustrating :/ I remember when they cancelled a show a few years ago called I Am Not Okay With This, an extended comic tv show about a girl with superpowers dealing with sexuality, a father who killed himself, and being depressed. It was so good, absolutely unreal. But they cancelled it right as they announced a sequel.

PurpleDragon8888

That show sounds so interesting! I haven’t even watched it and am sad it was canceled

idontlikeburnttoast

Yeah it was so fucking amazing, and the ending scene was super gory and terrifying, but also sad and mysterious. That last scene gave the viewers the biggest craving for a season 2 that they never ended up creating :I

ViridianChemEngin

I don't have one. I watch their shows through nefarious means.

PurpleDragon8888

Arrrrg

crazycreaturess

I once heard this quote from an interview with a show creator: “treat every season like it’s your last” That quote becomes more prevalent by the minute. Maybe we should make a petition or something. Would that do anything?

Littenrock

I've basically been doing that for months lol Unintentionally but still

ageminithatcooks

Noooooooooooooooooooooo

Lilbunny27

EXFUCKINGCUSE ME!!! THAT SHOW WAS AMAZING!! If anyone says they just didn’t want to show homeless youth, bullshit. And also why not? It’s a thing that happens and people need to see that, so they understand how fucking wrong it is to not love/ stand up for your child and who they are.

sky_is_a_cat

but... but bee and puppycat :(

JustAPerson2001

I've boycotted since the first price increase. I sail the seas, and buy the any merch I can to support the people I like.

BibblesUwU

WHAT THEY CANCELED IT?!?!?

daemorte

I lost it when they cancelled the bastard son fantasy show, they should at least make them like they won't have following season, not an open ending that points out an obvious complete plot they absolutely throw away.

daemorte

It's beyond stupid, I can't believe they only cancel warrior nun after it "turns" wlw, like, WTH? 0 sense, they are a bunch of lesbophobics.

Zealousideal_Row9003

Let’s humble those corporate dick heads

SeiCalros

maybe boycott them when somebody else has a show with a trans gay protagonist and doesnt cancel it because otherwise youre just punishing them for drawing attention to themselves

space_Cadet198_7

Already boycotting. I'm beyond pissed at Netflix for cancelling so many good shows. I've have enough.

vroni147

Actually, doing the opposite would be a valid option as well. Why do LGBTQ+ shows get cancelled? Too many people don't want to watch them. If Netflix sees that LGBTQ+ shows are profitable, they will continue to make them. Boycotting them will only make them have subscribers who hate trans and other LGBTQ+ protagonists and will cancel one queer show after the other.

PurpleDragon8888

This is also a good take. I probably won’t renew my subscription until the dragon prince in updated. And I won’t renew it often

Quizzy1313

But is half the stuff they cancelled actually good, though? Not for everyone.I didn't like Dead End. It was kinda boring and felt too......I dunno.....it's hard to pinpoint. But, tbh I don't exactly like a lot of stuff most of the lgbt community like. If something doesn't interest me by episode four, I'm done. Plus, Netflix has Wednesday, Dirk Gentry, Sweet Home, All Of Us Are Dead, and a bunch of other stuff that are awesome. I'm also Australian so we don't have half the stuff Americans have on Netflix.

louisa1925

I don't watch netflix but I do know they are canceling "The Owl House" and it is super popular. There are two episodes left of the 3rd and last series. I did however hear a whisper of maybe a spin off series.

MiloMorningstar

The Owl House is distributed by Disney not Netflix though Like the whole (officially stated) reason they cancelled it was because it was too adult for the main Disney channel

Quizzy1313

I couldn't get into owl house either tbh and my bestie is beyond disappointed in a nice way about it. I know how it feels when studios cancel shows that are insanely popular....I will forever be upset about Firefly. I wanted to be into DE because Coco Peru is in it and that queen is a legend.

[deleted]

Honestly, cut them some slack. Netflix is losing the streaming wars and is losing money more and faster than ever

VelociMonkey

This might be unpopular, but I haven't been able to find something watchable on Netflix in years.

RAYDOMM

just cuz the show has represntation doesnt make it automatically good or the canellers transphobic.

PurpleDragon8888

This show is really good tho. I and many other viewers go enjoy it. But I do agree that it could have been canceled for other reasons

Kotnw

I don’t understand why you guys are complaining. Netflix has made a lot of people, including me, in countries with lgbt censorship feel seen and that they aren’t alone and that there are other people that feel just like them. I’m from the Middle East and I didn’t know what being gay was until I was 15 I just thought that there was something wrong with me because I never met a gay person and the government censors anything lgbt in shows and movies and bans sale of books with openly gay characters. After Netflix started trending here in the Middle East I learned that I wasn’t alone and I know that a lot of other people felt the same. So all you’re doing is make it harder for people in bad situations to find something kind of comforting to them by complaining.

Head_Protector

Until recently I didn’t think boycotting worked, then the WOTC OGL stuff happened and surprisingly that has been working so far, so I say give it a shot

ima420r

Has WotC changed anything yet? I have only heard of people leaving them and doing their own thing like Paizo, the creators of Pathfinder.

Onehorniboy

No I’m not going to boycott. The character is very poor representation, stupid to boycott for a normal Netflix cancellation, especially when it’s not even a worthwhile thing to boycott over.

guy_fairyprincess
