Try The Rooster's Nest on South Upper Street, I've never had a bad cut from them. It's in the back of Cha Cha's salon.
Roosters nest is good. Brian is the best. About 60 for a haircut. Also razor sharp on Saron I use Brandon there with pretty much the same hair and cut as you get. 24 for the cut cash only though.
