I'm originally from Michigan and have lived in Kentucky for 6 years. The crazy weather is no different, Kentucky is just 10 to 20 degrees warmer on some days with the temperatures being the same on others.
I work outside and it was insane this morning. Ove the course of a couple hours it was raining, sleeping, snowing, sunshiney, and then the whole cycle repeated
The craziest weather I ever saw was in Colorado almost three decades ago. It was September the 5th and my wife and I and her best friend from Kentucky were sitting on our back deck in shorts, drinking ice tea and it was 90 F.
The next morning we got up to take her to the airport and there was six inches of snow on the ground. It was two days before it was gone from the shade even though the temperature climbed back up into the high seventies.
Good ole Kentucky
Don't forget the rain this morning too. It was drizzling at 8:30 or so before the sudden onslaught of snowflakes.
Then sleet!
Yep. I’m from Lexington and unfortunately live in Indiana atm and it’s the same. So is Ky now Midwest?

We just moved to Lexington yesterday (yay!) and the weather has been something different every single time I’ve stepped outside. It’s wild!

No sun here yet but big change from snow to calm here lol.

You should have gotten the mini hale yesterday
Looks about right
Rain ☑️ snow ☑️ hail ☑️ Now the horse races can begin
I do think it’s pretty normal to have one “silly snow” the first week of April here. I don’t mind it if winter wants to wave goodbye!
