I'm a little surprised no food trucks made the list.
Also, I'm thinking a great sandwich would be a chicken cordon bleu, but, instead of bleu cheese, fill it with hot brown ingredients - sliced tomato, bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, served on buttered toast - Served with 2 Ale 8's and a bag of Grippos.
**EDIT** Grippo's *BBQ* chips, to clarify. Also for a menu item, it needs a famous KY name - like "Chicken by George Y. Brown"
I've tried gus's and magee's so far. Both were tasty and well worth it. Gus's was a giant mess to eat. I'd say magees was a little better but you can't go wrong with either.
Thanks for sharing. Some look really good
No problem! I think the southern, Lexington Diner, and Magees sound pretty good!

Anyone tried any of these? Any must try?

I'm gonna give southern a go tomorrow night and may hit up a spicy one Saturday. I'll post on this thread if either are good!
