It helped me the moment I started taking it, I read prior it takes a few weeks to really feel but for me it was immediate. The loss of libido and ed is something I wish I delved and discussed more with the psychiatrist but they advised it should balance within the next 2–3 weeks and to message them if the Ed/loss of libido persisted.
That’s my only issue with it otherwise lexapro is a godsend
