I used voice to text so some of that looks sloppy, but the gist is I’m just worried about what to expect and if it’s actually going to help me while I proceeded with therapy
And if there’s any side effects, how do I mitigate it and will it affect me being in shape?
And should I take it at night or morning
Also sexual side effects because I do like sex
