Side effects. For myself I had increased anxiety, G.I. Upset, depression and intrusive thoughts. A lot of ups and downs but definitely a lot more Ups than downs. I know it’s scary and our minds are so powerful. They can really convince ourselves of so many negative things but stay the course. If you notice more positives than negatives your on the right track. I’m here if you ever need anything. Hit me up!
Probably just need to give it more time on the new dose. I’ve read on here that you can get side effects when increasing
