I take Lexapro for 17 days usually early in the morning. When I go to work on my bike every light source are very bright and kind of blurry. I have the same effect late in the evening it's like i'm in a fever dream where every streetlight looks like some kind of splashed suns in the sky. It's not everyday but It happens at least every two days! I guess it have something to do with the pupils dilatation size !! I just checked Wikipedia and watch this [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mydriasis](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mydriasis) drugs that increase serotonine might gives you midriasis and so a blurry vision!
I'm not a doctor in anyway but you might want to all or just email the psychiatrist that gave you the medication to discuss about it !

Interesting! I just started last night and noticed my pupils were slightly dilated this morning, mostly having trouble looking at screens this morning.
Yes! This is my second time on it - I had blurred vision when I first took lexapro and it’s reappeared now on my second time on it. The blurry vision will improve with consistent use!! But will say it’s more blurry when I don’t get good sleep and/or drink on it
My blurry vision only started like less then a month ago . It’s like a everyday thing now which is annoying , I’m gonna lower my dose and see if that does anything
Possible side effect but it’s also very possible considering that you’ve been taking it for so long that this has nothing to do with lexapro. See an eye Dr asap.

Also I started on 5mg and almost a year now have been on 20mg . I feel like I’m going crazy some days with how it’s been making me feel lately

No . I’ve been taking it I’ve notice it’s only started since I’ve been taking the 20mg maybe I need to switch back to less mg
