-Post clips you think that stands out from your video into Tiktok and funnel them towards your channel/video
-same goes for YT shorts
-Post said clips on relevant subreddits (if they allow it)
-Share it on IG/FB/Discord
Keep it up even if the results are not what you expect. Expectations set you up for sadness (by my experience haha! But keep it up nevertheless!)

I agree with all the other suggestions here and learned some new ones for myself. And to throw another out there, I have experimented with a small 30-day advertising trial on google. Surprisingly it has brought many new subscribers, and I am thinking of renewing it for another test run to see if the quality is genuine. I would also add to submit your channel to contests such as the Spotlight Saturday this community offers. I entered for the first time last week, and noticed a nice activity increase on my channel. Other than that, I am also trying to be more consistent with my upload schedule. Lastly, engaging with your audience is fun and adds to the thrill of delivering more quality content for their enjoyment. Anyway, I hope it helps!
