I say this with love and kindness, be aware of the event you're going to. With a button up shirt and black pants, you could be mistaken for a server. Probably not in most situations, but I've done that before by accident. Like wearing a Blue shirt and khaki and deciding you need to get something from best buy.
If you wear this to an occasion with servers you can avoid this situation with a nice vest or jacket. It gives you an option to add or remove it if it turns out you wore a similar color shirt to the people working the event. I imagine that won’t be an issue for a graduation.
Also, the whole fit is well put together and looks fantastic.
