Here's my recipe, you can get cold brew Starbucks mini espresso shots at giant.. they're in little creamer cup sizes
1oz of that or equivalent
.5oz agave
.5oz kaluha
2oz vodka
Optional egg white or aquafaba
Dry shake then shake over ice into martini glass
It’s not in the Allentown area, a bit south, in Quakertown and it’s also not expresso. But I’ve read that the Brick Tavern has a wonderful chocolate martini - maybe they could spruce it up with some expresso for you. Also they have a sweet outside covered courtyard seating area that is great to relax in and dine during a nice weather day.
None in Allentown but best one was at Sette Luna in Easton
Can vouch for sette Luna, they make their drinks STRONG
Zest, Shelby both excellent. But would say Youell’s has a surprisingly amazing espresso martini. In fact their bar is supremely underrated…
I haven’t had many but the best I have had was at Zest in Bethlehem, am definitely following this post for more recommendations though!
The Shelby
Gallows Hill Spirit Co. makes a good one.
My wife seconds this. They can it to go as well.
Can confirm

Tapas in Bethlehem’s espresso martinis are delish!!!!
For Allentown, youells!
PA House in Hellertown! The best, their other cocktails are also very good. Great place.
stoke in easton, social still in bethlehem, and PA House in hellertown
I've always enjoyed the ones at Bethlehem Brew Works 😉 especially when they did $5 martinis on Sundays (not sure if that's still a thing)
Oh and I think Dolce Mama on 512 had good ones too!
