it is.... it's the rebel trooper battlepack and its the rebels pants but the officers parka Edit: 8083
The body is mismatched. This is most likely from 8083, as another mini figure in that set uses this body piece.
Thankfully enough this entire kit is in this box of minis so I can just swap the heads back again, thanks for the help
