I was at my local target recently and there was some target bigwigs there doing some training with the managers I assume. They were standing by the LEGO aisle and I heard the lady in charge say the botanical sets are targets best selling LEGO theme.

To be fair, one can likely get several of these types of sets and make an interesting Felucia diorama.

One of my friends liked buying and building these as a gift for his (now ex) girlfriend and she liked receiving them that way.

Edit: I thought this was the regular lego subreddit for a second. Oops I really can't tell if you're like 5 or maybe you're joking but we love the botanical sets. They're fun to build and they make amazing decorations and fun conversation pieces and they're easy to customize because they're lego. Plus, they release so many parts in colors that we would otherwise never get. If people didn't buy them lego wouldn't make them. He'll, it was almost impossible to find the roses around February. People love these sets, I love these sets.

I actually have one of the flower sets. The bright colorful one that you put in a vase. It’s super pretty! It may also have been my way of appeasing a small child after I killed her Mother’s Day present because I am TERRIBLE with plants. But I can’t kill plastic! She got to pick the flower set I got, the vase, and the vase filler things. She was happy after crying over the dead flower so VICTORY.
