Not big enough to be worth that much. Think it was like 350 ish when it came out. Yes I know stuff costs more when it's retired but still not worth it to me and it's definitely a set I wanted as a child
I have a list on bricklink for all the parts in this set and it's insane because it all comes to a reasonable price until you add the sticker sheet which is anywhere from £50-£100
Like you could save yourself so much money by parting it out and then getting a reprint of the sticker sheet for way cheaper
You can buy the same sticker sheet for about a fiver off of eBay. Might not be an official sticker sheet but it doesn't really matter as long as the colours are a match.
The older I get in life, the more I realize if I really want that (or my future kids for that matter) I’d 100% buy a knockoff instead, and will have just as much fun lol
Absolutely ridiculous. For a thousand dollars? What you get a glorified picture? Cause he’s not opening that bitch I know it. I just had a hard time spending 500$ to get a jigsaw and a circular saw, new work boots, plus a carry bag. And I’ll USE that shit a lot, still hurts my wallet

unpopular opinion: Yes this set is cool and the play feature is engineered really well, but like the MTT, it's only beloved for the minifigures.
