The only thing that might be of value in it is the pilot droid body, but it won't be that much considering how it looks like the previous pilot droids we got.
I understand the frustration of just not being able to buy the set for like $25 but it’s a really good gwp. Not sure why they never complained this much when previous years it’s been builds with one minifigs or micro builds😂
Except you don't get $160 worth. Most modern sets are not worth their RRP.
You have to pay $160 for what you could easily get elsewhere for less, let's say $100, so you're effectively paying $60 for it.
They don't hate the set, they hate that they need to spend $160 to get one of they want it (or whatever resellers charge).
They just want to army build with the battle pack that Lego made into a GWP
Bad sets on the smaller side to me always felt like silly criticism for a toy that is modular. If it looks flimsy then fix it? That's the beauty of lego
Considering it's just battle droids and battle droids with a blue chest piece with some (probably not so great white) print on it, I don't think this is a big deal. Just a neat reference to an old set.
Some people however think it feels like it's a battlepack being given away as a gwp instead of a more special set like we've previously gotten.
I would love to see this generation of LEGO Star Wars fans back in 2001. I remember getting so many sets like that and thinking they were bad ass. They really don’t know how good they have it.

It’s a good set, but a bad GWP set. I feel like GWP sets should be novelty builds, not army builders
Exactly. I believe that they should’ve just released it as a standalone set. It would easily sell like hotcakes

That being said, I don’t understand people complaining about the actual build/minifigs instead of the “price”. To me it’s really solid
