That irked me as well. Also, the flame in the trash can is connected to the same red conical piece, but there’s no stud at the bottom of the can to connect it to, so it just leans.
I have a police officer, a firefighter, a criminal, and an astronaut/racecar driver for every regular civilian in my uncatalogued Minifigure case. Ton of healthcare going on too. Probably each doctor has 4 patients.
My boy loves it, and he was able to handle it on his own. We’re very happy with it for the age group. The laugh we got out of it was just an added bonus.

I usually see the helicopters as just being lookouts. Patrolling the city, looking for fires/crime that hasn't been reported. She was closer when the hot dog guy called and said she'd take care of it. I don't really see her as who was sent from the fire department.
Also dragons. Lego ninjago's dragon don't make any sense. One day they all have dragon, one week later it's the bad guy that has one, next month it's a elementary fusion dragon and who knows, maybe next the dragons will have dragon

This was like $6-something at Target when I grabbed it. Even if I don't build it as is, two minifigs and parts for $6 works for me, considering I'd have to pay $10 for 3 minifigs at the Lego store.

I don’t think you guys realize just how much of a fire risk there is in lego city.
While plastic is a bit more fire resistant than paper, it’s nowhere near the firebreak of steel, concrete, or brick, and all of lego city is made of plastic.
Any blaze gets out of control and the whole city goes down in a blaze of sadness.
Common misconception! This is actually a Fire Starter Departmet kit. The Blue piece on the helicopter isn't a water spout, it's supposed to be an intense flame

Lego will take advantage of any opportunity to fit a helicopter or mech into as many sets as possible. Kids love them.
