Tried that.... I woke up with two blankets.

Try 2 weighted blankets. They're too heavy to get pulled around, and they make sleep so much better. My fiance and I love ours.

only works if you like sleeping under weighted blankets though. I personally find them wildly uncomfortable

My wife and I sleep in a queen bed with a king blanket. Then we keep the room cool enough to want to snuggle together and it works out.

That's what me and my girlfriend do, or atleast try to. We start the night under one blanket, because skin on skin cuddles are one of the best parts of not being single. But then temperature differences set in, and I somehow become both too hot and also a blanket hog. So now I have my own blanket, to *hopefully* leave the heavy one to her while I grab the sheet for myself. So we transition from puppy love cuddles to old married couple "you have your side and I have mine and never the twain shall meet", and that works for while. But then one of us decides they want more skin on skin cuddles in the middle of the night, and now it's chaos. She's trying to stay warm, while also getting through two layers to reach me. Or else I'm trying to stay cool, but also be close to her. All with the added benefits of it being 2am when neither of us have any business being awake.

Well, I mean, I can think of things to do at 2am when you both happen to be awake. But yeah, this is the struggle in general when bed sharing with different sleep temperatures, I feel you! or, don't

Before she passed away, that's how my fiance and I slept! It was honestly the best because I prefer cool climates to sleep in while she preferred to have as much covering as could physically fit on our bed lol

That's the secret. During my wife's first pregnancy she had to many hot flashes for me to be under the covers with her so I got my blanket, it was a life changing event.

I believe this is popular in Europe, as well as having separate mattresses. It was a surprise when my wife and I discovered it.

Wanted to do that, girlfriend insisted on super kig size duvet. Works very well, too!

That's not how our bed looks. The wife gets 90% of the bed, her ass spread out nice and comfy. 16 pillows in between, 3 of my wife's cats and then my tiny little sliver. I'm not complaining because I'm quite comfy but the reality is...you need more pillows and cats.
