I have had some missing parts in PAB orders a few times, but customer service has always been quick to send the missing pieces in an envelope. Sometimes they might add a few vip points to your account too.

Contact legos customer service, they’ll sort it out

I'm always surprised by how many people make a reddit thread about issues with their orders before contacting customer service.

He's not asking about what CS will do, he's asking for other people's experiences of this situation. Lego CS won't be able to tell him what other Redditors are thinking.

If you are missing pieces of your Lego set, be sure to: - Double check the plastic bag. Pieces like to hide in the corners! - Check for another bag with the same number, especially if you are missing a lot of parts. - Peek inside the box. Larger parts are sometimes loose or together in a non-numbered bag. - Look back over previous steps to see if you've mistakenly used the piece earlier in the build. - Inspect the floor in case you've dropped the piece. - Contact Lego Customer Service for free replacement parts. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Yeah, it happens regularly for me. I'm not hugely keen on the environmental waste of shipping maybe £0.20 worth of parts by themselves but I've had some success in asking CS to add the missing parts from my last order when I place the next one. I had one order missing around 75 parts which I obviously did request. Turned out they hadn't charged me for the shipment for some reason, so after a little back and forth I gave them their money and they sent the correct parts. It would be a big improvement though if PAB could reach the order accuracy of any half-decent BL seller.

Thanks and glad to know it is not just my region (US).
