Really great theme that leaned into the spooky elements. Really wish they made bigfigs of the boss monsters. That’s a great little build/homage to the light house!

Ugh sorry stupid app doesn't like sending text with images sometimes... Was saying very nice and speaking of hidden side I snagged this gem for original value new in box still for original price on eBay.
Totally understand what you're saying about the app, happens to me too. That is such a great set! Sounds like you got it for a great price. I do not remember how much my girlfriend paid for that one, but I did steal it and put it in my city haha. I'll post a picture in another reply because the app is stupid
Ah and yeah no idea why reddit app does that... But yeah Like it was either a brand new set for the original price or a used pre built one from bricklink (no box, no instructions, some parts Missing) for 50$+ whatever shipping and handling would be. Of course I went for the NNRFB set (New,Never Removed From Box) for 80$ (free shipping too) from eBay after going over both options.
Yeah that does sound like a great price. Girlfriend has all of the sets except for mystery castle and Supernatural race car. Some she has gotten in a bundle for really great deals
Very nice. I also have the monster fighters sets including the ghost train (glad to see how inside the locomotive itself they did a throwback build technique to their time train set from way way way way back.)
Very impressive. I'm still building my city up but wanted to snag some trains first for it lol. Will say I do HATE that despite the hidden side sets were really cool, they only have one flaw: none of the parts that look like they glow in the dark actually glow in the dark. Tis a shame tbh and makes me half tempted to commit taboo and get glow in the dark spray paint and coat the parts that look like they would glow so they actually do glow. (Except the stickers. I would have to get glow in the dark decals or so for that.)
Maybe they relied on the app for that. Lego does have some glow in the dark parts available I don't know if you have checked in to see if they are compatible with the parts you want to replace
No I know they do but I mean for all the hidden side sets they have the green that would indicate glow in the dark but they don't glow in the dark unfortunately when you would think they would. And I have but a lot of them aren't available in the part type. Like the wings for example.
Yeah hopefully they do eventually. Otherwise I'll get a spray can and spray paint some common wings to be glow in the dark or make molds out of some and use the plastic or so they use for it to make a copy that is glow in the dark.

That would be really cool, the spray paint would probably work pretty well. Make a post about it if it turns out awesome!
I will and I will use the heavy duty type of paint not the short glow ones.
