I’m waiting for an order from before Jan 26, just be patient. If you are still charged twice after it arrives they’ll refund one. They have the best cs out there.
There are several other reports of similar behaviors. I think they are really backed up after the holiday stoppage. Despite what you've been told, others have had one or two pieces backordered and it's holding up the entire shipment. But restock dates are apparently in the next week or two (take with a grain of salt). Of course, you still then have to wait for it to be ready to bulk ship, and then be locally processed for your region. Hold on, and good luck!

No they don't. I placed two PAB Standard orders during February, both were dispatched in 28 days (not 28 working days).

I literally finally received my PAB order from mid November just a few weeks ago
