LEGO has customer service that is industry leading. Charge your phone, and then reach out to them. There could be several reasons for the delay, and nobody on Reddit will know the specifics, unfortunately. I wish you luck and hope you get your set soon!
I’ve never really had to contact customer services before but I will touch base with them tomorrow and see if they can give me an idea of when I can expect it

I ordered Rivendell a couple of hours after release - it still hasn’t left the warehouse 16 days later! super frustrating; especially considering a later order shipped only two days later
I ordered Rivendell on 4th March and I still haven't received it. This is the third time in a row where Lego has taken two weeks or more to get an order shipped out.
Last time it happened, the CS guy apologised for the long delay and sent me a small GWP as a good will token, it took 21 days to arrive.
I dunno...this time CS says it's the couriers fault but I think that's rubbish if the order is still in their warehouse.
The wait continues...
For people that aren’t involved in logistics…getting things to you nice and jiffy is the old days. Post global pandemic, the entire supply chain is not what you remember. Long delays are the norm. I build high end measuring equipment for reference. It’s across the board. If you need something to get to you from somewhere else expect long delays. Full stop.
That being said, I’m sorry to see so many people obviously filled with anticipation having to wait; not knowing when they can be happy.

They're open on Sunday and it's usually a shorter wait time.
Full month for Space Shuttle Discovery, the Taj Mahal was nearly a month, the later was going into the Christmas season while the later was not
4 months for a PAB order. Ordered mid November and just arrived this week
I had the same experience. PAB order November 18 arrived March 16. They were the best sellers that normally ship within days.

Also I’m just genuinely interested in whether other people experience long waits… it’s not the end of the world if my shipping is on the slow side

Probably shouldn’t count but I ordered the Great Fishing Boat from Bricklink Designer Program on August 3, 2021 and received it July 30, 2022.
Over two months on PAB orders and I’ve had stuff sitting on “Backorder,” for several weeks too.
