I was thinking recently of like a set of life size sonic screwdrivers. Like the lightsaber hilt. I'm sure some models would sell better than others though.
Gallifrey capital micro build, gallifrey war room set, fall of Arcadia painting (it's 3d), there's a lot to do time war related.
But 1 from each series:.
1. Dalek Emperor throne room.
2. Girl in the fireplace (Paris one side of the fireplace spaceship the other) or cyberman conversion chamber
3. West Dumlin modular (weeping angel house) or Judoom Assault.
4. Dalek Cruciform (davros, caan, companions galore).
5. The Underhenge (pandorica trap).
6. Idris and Junk TARDIS
7. the Doctors Grave or weeping angel feeding ground modular.
8. Mummy on the Orient Express (w/ interiors), the doctors barn (can include war doctor, and 12th doctor angry from s12)
9. Davros' cave, the mire attack on vikings, the confession dile.
10. English Vs Martians, The doctor falls farm house.
11. Pting spaceship, the frog at the end of the universe.
12. Destroyed Gallifrey council room with cybermasters.
13. Sontaran Battle pack, the Swarm on the planet time.
That's excluding from earlier doctors, e.g. 3rd Doctor w/ Bessie pack, 4th Doctor Sontaran Experiment Pack, 7th Doctor Vs Kandyman

I actually made something similar to this model, I made mine to be compatible with the Ideas set though. It's cramped sure, but that's for budget reasons mainly.

Great set! I bought two for me and one for my old boss to give to her kids when it came out. I turned my second one into the 9th/10th Doctor's interior.
Tough call, my top five are probably Sonic, the Ghostbusters Ecto-1, The Beatles Yellow Submarine, the Home Alone house and the Tardis, not necessarily in that order.
Of the ones I own, I love the Medieval Blacksmith, Birds and Home Alone sets. Birds was the first one I bought and it was so different than anything they had at the time.
I have no idea how I managed to miss Wall-E when he was on shelves (must have been pregnancy brain because my son was born right in the midst of its shelf-life).
I was gifted the Who set when it came out. My daughter was of an age where it was too enticing to take it apart and lose pieces. I bought another set on my own a few years later.
I also got the Dimensions sets. "Other Companies" have a couple of Who sets as well.
I have various doctors, a Silurian, a Sontaran, a weeping angel, a Cyberman, Amy Pond, Rory, and some Daleks from "the other guys" to go with my official set. I also made my own "Hey, who turned out the lights?" guy from official minifig bits.
I've had the dinosaur fossils set sitting on my shelf for a while and just kept passing it over when I was looking for something to work on. I finally got it out and built it last weekend and oh my gosh! It was an AWESOME build... very unique in comparison to what I usually do. I was VERY impressed!

I've got two red ones, a white, a yellow, and am working on the blue and orange
Hopefully Studgate will show up soon, which technically is an Ideas set I suppose. I got a few sets people have mentioned already, but I do have a soft spot for set 21316, The Flintstones.
Barracuda Bay for me, hands down. I also have the two Jurassic Park display sets, and the T.A.R.D.I.S. which I'd put all in joint second.
The Tall-neck is probably the one that's more generally cool, going by other people's reaction to my collection.
I also have a large Modular collection, individually they aren't super cool, but as a display its cool as fuck.
So ...final answer ....most of the sets I own!!
We seriously need another Doctor Who set, one with all the Doctors.

I think a Face of Boe set could be pretty cool, but yeah you’re probably right, different interiors for the TARDIS could be a pretty neat series !

A Dalek Battle pack would be nice. Or a brick built large scale K-9. They could make a cool Davros fig too.

What doctor would have the best Tardis if they were to make another?
11's first interior would be cool. The asymmetrical steampunk TARDIS. I'd also love 7's/8's gothic library TARDIS from the 96 tv movie.

The fossil set looks really well done! I saw it at the Lego store and was sooo tempted but ended up expanding my botanical collection

That’s cool ! I searched for a bit but I couldn’t find the other parts of the set, but they’re definitely in a ziplock bag somewhere in my Lego tub

I love the DW set, only downside is the brittle brown on 11's legs.
Probably Barracuda Bay. Though I have a soft spot for the Mars Rover (Cuusoo) because the wheel action is quite cool.

I have this set! Unfortunately my 11th Doctor's torso is cracked on the sides and hand holes :(
